Нове положення про ліцензійну картку

 

Міністерством юстиції 12 серпня 2010 року зареєстровано оновлене Положення про ліцензійну картку, що додається до ліцензії на надання послуг перевезень пасажирів і вантажів автомобільним транспортом, яке затверджене 22 липня Наказом Міністерства транспорту і зв'язку України № 514. Набуття чинності нормативного акту очікується найближчими днями після його офіційної публікації. Пропонуємо для ознайомлення текст документу .

На нашем рынке, используются различные по принципу работы типы газобаллонного оборудования (2-4 поколения, метан, пропан, бутан).
Для их классификации используется термин “поколение”.
Различие в комплектации газового оборудования для автомобилей по поколениям в основном относится к элементам подачи газа и системе управления, расположенным в моторном отсеке. Устанавливаемые вне отсека компоненты системы — заправочные устройства, газовые трубки, баллон и его оснащение — идентичны для всех поколений.

Подорожчала ліцензія на таксі!

Важлива інформація для всіх перевізників на таксі та перевізників легковими автомобілями на замовлення: з 28 травня 2009 року збільшена плата за оформлення ліцензії з 340 грн до 625 грн. Зміна відбулася в результаті набрання чинності Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України №498 від 21 травня 2009 року, у якій вартість оформлення ліцензії переприв'язана до розміру мінімальної заробітної плати, на відміну від попередньої редакції, що посилалась на розмір неоподатковуваного мінімуму.

5 березня 2009 року Верховна Рада України прийняла в цілому допрацьований законопроект 3030-1 (Ініціатори законопроекту: Симоненко П.М., Мартинюк А.Г.), що повертає ставки податку з власників транспортних засобів до прийнятних значень. До честі керівників фракції комуністів, їм вдалося відстояти свої пропозиції. Безумовно, величезну роль у тому, що законопроект одержав підтримку 390 депутатів, зіграли в т.ч. масові акції українських автомобілістів, що прокотилися по всіх великих містах України. Залишилася справа за малим - підписом Президента. Однак при тому, що законопроект підтриманий конституційною більшістю в парламенті , не підписувати його - безглуздо. Таке "вето" було б легко подолане ще одним голосуванням. Тому автомобілісти можуть святкувати перемогу!
